The La Porte County Symphony Orchestra offers internships for students.

The organization says one of the best ways to inspire and teach talented young musicians is to give them the chance to perform alongside seasoned musicians – both in rehearsals and in live performances. The Student Apprenticeship Program provides such an opportunity. Young local students can audition for a seat in the orchestra; those selected will receive a small stipend.
